Smash & Grab is an amazing book. The book alternates from Lexi, a girl that goes out with a group of her friends and does adrenaline rushing stunts, and Christian, a boy that is involved with a gang and robs banks. Lexi’s life was turned upside down when her father was dragged out of her house and arrested, and she decides that she is going to work undercover at a bank to prove that her father is innocent. At the same time, Christian found out if he and his boys rob just one more bank then they will be able to leave the gang without anybody getting hurt. Lexi and Christian first met when Lexi is skydiving off a building and lands on Christian’s car. They keep bumping into each other randomly, and soon both of them figure out that they can use each other to their advantage. They end up working together, but by that time they have already started to developed feelings for each other. This makes robbing a bank extremely difficult when you are too busy worrying about someone else. Lexi and Christian both think that they can keep their relationship just criminal, but soon they find out that it is harder than they think.

This book may come off as cheesy and just a simple love story, but it much more than that. You find out all these little pieces of information about the characters, like why Christian is in the gang. As you continue to read this book, you get more and more attached to the characters, and it becomes too difficult to put the book down. After you finish reading this book, it will just give you a warm and fuzzy feeling. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a book to read.
